Renovation brief – reconfigure the existing dated floor plan to take advantage of the 270-degree views of Papamoa Beach and Mauao.
The planing of the new penthouse space was restricted by 1 structural post and the location of the existing apartment service ducts. Working closely with the clients a floor plan was devised with a focus on providing each room with natural sunlight, maximizing storage, a central integrated office space and of course the stunning views.
