Carefully crafted by Design Builders Utsukushii uchi, which translates to “Beautiful Home” is a Japanese inspired home offering a blend of refined finishes and traditional Japanese materials.
Utsukushii uchi was awarded Gold in the Regional Master Builder Bay of Plenty & Central Plateau Regional Awards 2024
Shades of caramel, tan and clay are woven together curating a sophisticated serenity. Polished concrete floors, and finely detailed Oak provide a clean minimal background for the traditional elements of authentically charred Yakisugi Japanese cedar, and 2.5 meter Shoji door separating the master bedroom from the ensuite.
